READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND PURCHASING THE Hi5 ADDER. YOU AS A USER, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING AS YOU DOWNLOAD. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

1. Tolerated Use

By downloading and using the Hi5 Adder software you agree that it will not be used for spam related purposes. The Hi5 Adder software is to be used only for personal profiles or bands. You will not hold Hi5 Adder, it's developers, affiliates, or anyone related to the software responsible for your actions. You will not use the software for any illegal or suspicious activity, or anything not accepted by the Hi5 TOS. You will only use this software for Hi5 accounts created by you, or accounts you have received permission to use. If you are found to not be following these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license with the Hi5 Adder software; no refund will be made.

2. Refund/Cancellation Policy

By purchasing this software you agree with the following. No refunds will be made at any time, partial or full. Hi5 Adder is shareware, you are given the opportunity to trial the program before payment. Also, as with any Hi5 Automation Software, you are purchasing an unsure product. Meaning that, the product could stop working at any given moment, depending on the cooperation of Hi5.com. We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time for any reason. Please be aware of what you are purchasing.

3. Exchange Policy

We can at any time switch your product code from one machine to another. If you reformat, or replace the machine Hi5 Adder was purchased for, you can at anytime e-mail us to have your product code switched.

4. Piracy

You agree you will not exploit the Hi5 Adder software in anyway. If you are found to have shared your license, you will be terminated as a registered user without refund. The Hi5 Adder software is shareware, and is only to be shared in it's demo state. We will take any legal actions necessary if this is violated.

5. Liability

You will not claim Hi5 Adder, it's developers, affiliates, or anyone related to the software to be liable for lost information, profits. You understand that by using the Hi5 Adder software your Hi5 account could be terminated, frozen, etc at anytime.

6. Lifespan

You understand and agree that Hi5 Adder is third party, grey area software. The program can go as "Abandonware" at any given time it's developers choose. This term is as Wikipedia describes: "software which is still available, but on which further support and development have been intentionally discontinued." Any feature within Hi5 Adder is not guaranteed to last forever. Refunds will not be made. This software is sold as-is.
